Documentary, 1h24, 2025

Director: Julie Bertuccelli

Producer: Estelle Fialon

Editor: Svetlana Vaynblat

Synopsis:

Learn the violin to learn about life. This is the luminous philosophy of Rachel Routier, a passionate teacher who transmits much more than musical knowledge to her young students at the Pantin Conservatory, near Paris. From the intimacy of her classroom to impromptu performances in unusual venues, she engages children and their parents in a demanding and sensitive learning experience, where music is a language that connects us and helps us grow. For a year, we follow this teacher and her young students on an iconoclastic and joyful educational adventure, recounted in an intense and exhilarating film.
